Spring Type Coil Heater is made of nickel chrome resistance wire placed inside chrome nickel steel tube that is filled with MgO powder. Spring coil heater is also known as high performance tubular heaters or cable heaters. Spring heater can be produced with or without built in thermocouples. Spring coil heater is widely used in heating engineering, mold, plastic industry, including the transfer machinery, medical equipment, casting process, welding, heat treatment process and many other industries and fields.
Length of Hot Runner Heater within 20-3000mm is mainly used for hot runner mold or as well as other precision heating system. Spring heating ring external uses high quality Ni-Cr steel tube, the internal use of high purity magnesium oxide, high temperature resistance wire, and fish-class manufacturing technology. The wire is after the annealing, with flexibility can be sent into an arc or circle heating. Its high working temperature, fast heating, uniform heating precision, long service life, can be automatically controlled area, high thermal conduction, while internal heating material damage, while internal heating material damage, external can be reuses.
